AWES (Army Welfare Education Society) manages 12 Professional Course Institutions which are located in different parts of India. There is a reservation for the defense person in all the education institutes run by the Army Welfare Education Society. If you want to get the admission of your children under Defense Quota, then read this post completely till the end.
Each institute offers different courses. The procedure of admission and vacancy are also different. In this post, we will talk about which professional course institute in which we can enroll our children under Defense Persons Reservation Quota.
The details of all the institutes and professional courses offered by them are given in the table below.
Army Law College Pune is a college recognized by the Bar Council of India, offering BBA and LLB degrees. It takes 5 years to complete the degree and 60 candidates are taken in this course every year. All the seats are reserved for the dependent of the Defense Person. The selection in this course is done on the basis of the candidate's marks in MAH LLB.

Army Institute of Nursing is located in Guwahati which offers BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing degrees. This institute was established in the year 2006. BSc Nursing takes 4 years and MSc Nursing takes 2 years. There are 50 seats per year for BSc Nursing, out of which 45 seats are reserved for the dependent of Army Person. There are 20 seats per year for MSc Nursing out of which 18 seats are reserved for the dependent of Army Person.
For admission in Army Institute of Nursing, the written test is conducted every year in the month of April-May, on the basis of which admission is done in this institute.

Army Institute of Fashion and Design is one of the top most fashion design college in India and is affiliated to Bangalore University. This institute was established in the year 2004.
